Frequently asked questions before applying
Is working from a home office possible?
The possibility for home office is given in all areas where it is technically possible. We know that daily commuting times can be exhausting in the long run and of course we want our employees to feel comfortable during their working hours. However, some areas of work, such as our production or receiving department, are difficult to carry out from home.
My report card at school/training was not good, can I still apply?
In general: Yes. Grades are not everything. Of course, they are still important for us to see which areas of work are particularly suited to you. Of course, it also depends on your future field of work.
Do I need to have previous work experience?
That depends on what you want to work as with us. Of course, there are areas where a certain amount of work experience is an advantage. However, there are also other areas where this is not so important.
